Totally recommended for one night. Fancy hotel overall, is has good service and magnificent location close to the dive shop. The roof top bar is a nice plus.

We had an excellent stay, the hotel was modern, clean, with favourable location on the Fifth avenue. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly, offered good services. The property was in the heart of the city. Spent our evenings in nearby Restaurant Bar Fah enjoying drinks and atmosphere. The roof top bar was a plus.

It has contemporary and well-appointed rooms to offer with the AC properly working and well-equipped, for example.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was right in the heart of everything! I could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. The staff at the front desk were amazing, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. They even let me check in early and held my luggage while I explored. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the design. It had all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV was a bonus. I had a great time here and would definitely come back.

I had a small issue with a missing jacket when I was leaving, but other than that, this place was perfect. I would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is phenomenal! What a great place to stay on 5th Avenue in Playa. I would recommend it to anyone. I was there for a business trip and stayed for two nights. The restaurant upstairs had great food and a wonderful atmosphere. The shopping is one step outside the door and seconds to the beach. I will stay her again!

We absolutely loved Hotel El Punto which is located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen on 5th Avenue. We were mere steps away from it's bustling shops, restaurants, and nightlife. This boutique hotel is modern in design and the rate is unbeatable. The staff were also extremely accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was included a couple of blocks away at a hip restaurant on the beach. We highly recommend this hotel

The wireless internet did not work in the rooms. You had to go downstairs to access the internet.

I had a great time during my stay at this hotel! The complimentary welcome drink and snack were a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the beach and central to all the bars and restaurants. the rooftop pool had an amazing view of the city.

The hotel was a bit outdated. The elevator was out of service, and some of the amenities in the room were not functioning correctly.

The staff were amazing!!!!! Great hotel location and rooms really nice!! No working elevator when we were there but the staff was very helpfull, you didnt even think about the elevator, its only 2 floors.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff members were outstanding and provided excellent hospitality. The hotel facilities were very clean, and the location was right in the center of all the action. We really enjoyed being super close to the station, as it made transportation very easy. Plus, the hotel's breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very nice.

Fantastic location. Noise would only be a problem if you want to go to bed early. If you do then don´t stay anywhere on 5th Ave!. Hotel was fantastic, Clean, Bathrooms were very small however the hotel was spotlessly clean.If your looking for a great hotel thats close to all the action and has a great rooftop bar with a great atmosphere then I would defiantly recommend this fantastic hotel. Its perfect for short visits to a great place!...Loved it.

If I have to pick anything I would say the size of the bathrooms..VERY!!!! small.....But its not a big fault really.

very nice and modern hotel,right on the main 5th av street,very close to the beach. the breakfast is in a great beach club and the food is great and also the atmospher where you can spend the whole day .we loved the nice rooftop Bar. other then that we had a great time in Playa del carmen!!!
